Welcome to Porter18. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Porter18. Porter18 operates this website and store, including all related content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver these Services securely. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies (collectively, the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Account
AGE REQUIREMENT:
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services and make purchases. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
ACCOUNT CREATION:
You may need to create an account to make purchases. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Update your information promptly if it changes
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Not share your account credentials with others
ACCOUNT SECURITY:
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential
- All purchases and activity under your account
- Logging out after each session on shared devices
- Notifying us immediately at store@porter18.com of any unauthorized use
We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS: - One account per person
- Accounts may not be sold, transferred, licensed, or shared with another person
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- You may not create a new account if we’ve previously terminated your account
2. Made-to-Order Products
ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU.
IMPORTANT: Every item you purchase is custom-produced after your order is placed, featuring licensed golf course logos and branding per your selection.
BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOM NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS:
• ⚠️ Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins (typically within 24 hours of order placement)
• Production time is 7-14 business days before shipping
• Products are final sale and cannot be returned except for defects or errors on our part (see Section 5)
• Each item is manufactured specifically with your chosen golf course branding
PRODUCT PRESENTATION:
We aim to present our products as accurately as possible. However:
- Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen settings
- Minor color variations may occur between production runs
- Logo placement and sizing are standardized for apparel production
- Products may not match images exactly due to manufacturing variables
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product at any time without notice. This may occur if:
- Golf course licensing agreements change
- Products are discontinued by manufacturers
- Quality standards cannot be maintained
BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE:
✓ You are purchasing a custom, made-to-order product
✓ You carefully selected the correct golf course, size, and product
✓ You understand this is a final sale with no returns except for defects or our errors
✓ You have reviewed size charts and product descriptions carefully
✓ Production takes 7-14 business days before shipping
3. Your Responsibilities When Ordering
ACCURATE INFORMATION:
You are responsible for providing:
- Correct shipping address (we cannot reroute packages once shipped)
- Valid email address for order updates
- Accurate payment information
- Current phone number for delivery issues
CAREFUL SELECTION:
Because all sales are final (see Section 5), you must:
- Carefully select the correct golf course
- Review size charts and choose the right size
- Verify product color and style
- Confirm all details before completing checkout
SIZE SELECTION:
We provide detailed size charts and measurements. It is YOUR responsibility to:
- Compare your measurements to vendor size charts
- Contact us at store@porter18.com BEFORE ordering if unsure about sizing
- Understand that sizing may vary by brand and style
⚠️ WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR INCORRECT SIZE SELECTION.
GOLF COURSE SELECTION:
Verify you’ve selected the correct golf course logo before checkout. We cannot modify the golf course after production begins.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot:
- Change addresses after order placement
- Reroute packages already in transit
- Refund orders delivered to addresses you provided
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.
COMMUNICATION:
• Check your email regularly for order updates
• Ensure our emails aren’t going to your spam folder
• Respond to any verification requests within 24 hours
• Contact us immediately if you notice any issues
4. Orders & Cancellations
PLACING AN ORDER:
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once confirmed by Porter18 via email.
Payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY YOU:
Orders may be canceled ONLY before production begins:
• Production typically begins within 24 hours of order placement
• To request cancellation, email store@porter18.com immediately with your order number
• If production has not started, we’ll issue a full refund
• If production has started, the order CANNOT be canceled (no refund)
• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of order placement for best chance of approval
⚠️ We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before checkout, including:
- Golf course selection
- Product type and color
- Size selection
- Shipping address
ORDER CANCELLATION BY US:
We may cancel your order and issue a refund if:
- We cannot verify your payment method
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- The product is unavailable due to licensing changes
- We cannot fulfill the order for any reason
- You violated these Terms
If we cancel your order, you’ll receive a full refund within 5-10 business days.
ORDER LIMITS:
• All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export
• We reserve the right to limit quantities
• Orders may be declined or canceled at our discretion
• We may refuse service to anyone for any reason
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
⚠️ NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES - FINAL SALE
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products because all items are made to order specifically for you with custom golf course branding.
EXCEPTIONS - WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY FOR:
1. Defective Products
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (torn fabric, misprinted logo, damaged seams, etc.), contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
Resolution: We’ll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund at our discretion.
2. Our Errors
If we shipped the wrong item, wrong size, or incorrect golf course logo, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Resolution: We’ll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.
3. Damaged in Shipping
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and item.
Resolution: We’ll replace it or refund you.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
✗ Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
✗ Ordered wrong size (please check size charts carefully)
✗ Ordered wrong golf course (please verify before checkout)
✗ Color appears different than expected on your screen
✗ No longer want the item
✗ Found a better price elsewhere
✗ Items worn, washed, or altered in any way
✗ Items damaged after delivery due to your actions
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN (For Eligible Cases Only):
1. Email store@porter18.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number
3. Provide clear photos of the defect, error, or damage
4. Describe the issue in detail
We’ll review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions or send a replacement.
REFUND PROCESSING:
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the return
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors or defects)
• You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
IMPORTANT SIZE & FIT NOTICE:
Because we cannot accept returns for sizing issues, please:
- Review vendor size charts before ordering
- Contact us at store@porter18.com if you need sizing help BEFORE ordering
- Understand that golf apparel sizing may differ from other brands
CUSTOM NATURE ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your product is made to order specifically for you
- You carefully selected the correct golf course, size, and product
- You understand this is a final sale with no returns except for defects or our errors
- You have reviewed size charts and product descriptions carefully
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
CHARGEBACKS ARE CONTRACTUAL VIOLATIONS:
If you dispute a charge with your credit card company or payment provider instead of contacting us first, you are violating these Terms.
PROPER DISPUTE PROCESS:
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute:
- Contact us at store@porter18.com with your concern
- Give us 5 business days to investigate and respond
- Work with us in good faith to resolve the issue
We will work with you on legitimate issues including defective products, wrong items shipped, or non-delivery.
CONSEQUENCES OF IMPROPER CHARGEBACKS:
If you file a chargeback for a valid, delivered order:
- Your account will be immediately terminated
- You may be banned from future purchases
- We may pursue collection for the disputed amount plus chargeback fees
- We may report the fraudulent chargeback
- We may pursue legal action if the amount warrants it
LEGITIMATE CHARGEBACKS:
You may file a chargeback if:
- You never received your order and we’re unresponsive for 14+ days
- Your credit card was used fraudulently (not by you)
- We refused to honor our stated return policy for defective products
- We did not ship your order within a reasonable time
EVIDENCE WE MAINTAIN:
For all orders, we maintain:
- Proof of order placement and payment
- Confirmation that you accepted our Terms
- Shipping confirmation and tracking information
- Photos of products before shipping (when available)
- All email correspondence
This evidence will be provided to payment processors in chargeback disputes.
CHARGEBACK FEES:
If you file an invalid chargeback (for a legitimate order that was delivered), you agree to reimburse us for:
- The chargeback processing fee charged by our payment processor
- The cost of the product if not returned
- Any legal fees if we pursue collection
RESOLUTION COMMITMENT:
We are committed to resolving legitimate customer issues fairly. Please give us the opportunity to make things right before escalating to your payment provider.
7. Production, Shipping & Delivery
TWO-PHASE TIMELINE:
Your order goes through two phases:
Phase 1 - Production (7-14 Business Days)
After your order is placed, your custom product is manufactured. This typically takes 7-14 business days.
Phase 2 - Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
Once manufactured, your item is shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after production.
Total Time: Expect 10-21 business days from order to delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Production begins within 24 hours of order placement and CANNOT be canceled after production starts
• Business days exclude weekends and holidays
• International orders may take longer due to customs processing
• Peak seasons (holidays) may extend production times
• You’ll receive tracking information once your item ships
ESTIMATES ONLY:
All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for:
- Manufacturing delays due to supply shortages
- Carrier delays (weather, holidays, labor strikes, etc.)
- Customs delays for international orders
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
DELAYED ORDERS:
If your order is significantly delayed (more than 21 business days from order date), contact us at store@porter18.com. We’ll investigate and provide an update. In cases of unreasonable delay caused by us, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
EXPEDITED PRODUCTION:
We do not offer expedited or rush production at this time. All orders follow our standard 7-14 day production timeline.
TRACKING:
Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY:
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages after they leave our facility
- Stolen packages from your delivery location
- Packages delivered to the address you provided
- Packages damaged after delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
For lost or stolen packages after successful carrier delivery:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
- File a claim with the carrier if covered
- We cannot refund or replace items delivered successfully to your address
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
• Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility
• We are not responsible for customs delays or seizures
• International delivery times vary by country (2-6 weeks typical)
• Some countries may restrict certain items
8. Golf Course Logos & Licensing
AUTHORIZED MERCHANDISE:
All golf course logos, names, and branding featured on our products are used under license from the respective golf courses. We are an authorized retailer of official golf course merchandise.
RELATIONSHIP WITH GOLF COURSES:
Porter18 is an independent retailer. We are not owned, operated, or directly affiliated with any golf course featured on our products.
Golf courses do not:
- Manufacture our products
- Ship orders
- Handle customer service
- Control our pricing or policies

PRODUCT ACCURACY:
We make every effort to accurately represent golf course logos and branding. However:
- Colors may vary slightly from the actual course logo due to manufacturing and screen display differences
- Logo placement and sizing are standardized for apparel production
- Minor design variations may occur between production runs
- Logo designs may be updated by golf courses, and products may reflect previous or current versions
NO ENDORSEMENT:
Purchase of golf course merchandise does not imply:
- Endorsement by the golf course of you or your views
- Approval of your use of the product by the golf course
- Any affiliation between you and the golf course
- Any rights beyond personal use of the purchased product
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
All golf course names, logos, and associated trademarks remain the property of their respective golf courses. Your purchase grants you no rights to these trademarks beyond personal use of the purchased product.
You may not:
✗ Reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from golf course logos
✗ Use purchased products for commercial purposes or resale
✗ Remove, alter, or obscure golf course branding on products
✗ Imply sponsorship or endorsement by the golf course
✗ Use golf course trademarks in any business or commercial context
9. Prices & Billing
PRICING:
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• The price in your order confirmation email is the final price for that order
• Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices do not include applicable sales tax, shipping, or import fees unless specifically stated
SALES TAX:
We collect sales tax where required by law. Tax amount will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
PAYMENT:
• Payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• You agree to provide accurate payment and contact details
• You agree to promptly update payment information if it changes
BILLING AUTHORIZATION:
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge:
- The full order amount plus applicable taxes and shipping
- Any additional fees if you file an invalid chargeback
- Reshipping costs if packages are returned due to incorrect address you provided
PAYMENT PROCESSING:
Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.
PRICING ERRORS:
If we discover a pricing error after you’ve placed an order:
- We’ll notify you of the error
- Give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund
- We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices
10. Intellectual Property
OWNERSHIP:
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, images, videos, and materials on the Services are owned by Porter18 or our licensors and are protected by:
- Copyright laws
- Trademark laws
- Other intellectual property laws
YOUR LICENSE:
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This limited license does not include the right to: - Download or copy content (except as necessary for normal viewing) - Modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works - Use content for commercial purposes - Remove copyright or trademark notices - Frame or embed our content on other websites
RESTRICTIONS:
You may not:
✗ Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any part of our Services
✗ Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our Services
✗ Use our trademarks, trade dress, or branding without permission
✗ Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
✗ Create derivative works based on our Services
ENFORCEMENT:
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in:
- Account termination
- Legal action for infringement
- Claims for damages
11. Third-Party Tools & Links
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:
We may provide access to third-party tools, services, or links “as is” without warranties of any kind.
NO RESPONSIBILITY:

• Your use of third-party services is at your own risk

THIRD-PARTY CHANGES:
Third-party tools may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice to you.
12. Relationship with Shopify
PLATFORM PROVIDER:
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.’s platform. Shopify provides the technical infrastructure for our Services but is not responsible for:
- Your purchases or transactions with Porter18
- Product quality, shipping, or customer service
- Any disputes arising from your use of our Services
RELEASE:
You release Shopify from all claims, demands, and damages related to your transactions with Porter18.
SHOPIFY’S TERMS:
Your use of Shopify’s platform features (such as Shop Pay) is also subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
13. Privacy
PRIVACY POLICY:
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
SHOPIFY’S PRIVACY PRACTICES:
Certain aspects of our Services are also subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
DATA SECURITY:
While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data transmitted through the Services.
14. Feedback
LICENSE GRANT:
If you provide suggestions, ideas, reviews, testimonials, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant Porter18:
- A perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license
- To use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your Feedback
- For any purpose without compensation or attribution
OWNERSHIP:
You represent that:
- You own or have rights to any Feedback you provide
- Your Feedback does not violate anyone else’s rights
- Your Feedback is truthful and not misleading
15. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Services for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, or prohibited by these Terms.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES:

✗ Violating any local, state, federal, or international law
✗ Using stolen payment methods or unauthorized credit cards
✗ Money laundering or financing illegal activities
HARMFUL ACTIVITIES:
✗ Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
✗ Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
✗ Bypassing security measures or access controls
✗ Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from our site without permission
ABUSE & HARASSMENT:
✗ Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other customers
✗ Submitting false claims, chargebacks, or fraudulent disputes
✗ Impersonating Porter18, our staff, or other customers
✗ Posting defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
COMMERCIAL MISUSE:
✗ Reselling products for commercial purposes without authorization
✗ Bulk purchasing for resale
✗ Using bots or automated systems to place orders
✗ Price scraping or competitive intelligence gathering
✗ Creating counterfeit or unauthorized golf course merchandise
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATIONS:
✗ Infringing on our trademarks, copyrights, or other IP rights
✗ Reproducing golf course logos outside of purchased products
✗ Using our content without permission
ACCOUNT ABUSE:
✗ Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
✗ Sharing account credentials with others
✗ Using someone else’s account without permission
✗ Creating accounts with false information
CONSEQUENCES:
Violation of these terms may result in: - Immediate account suspension or termination - Order cancellation without refund - Legal action if appropriate - Reporting to law enforcement if criminal activity is suspected - Being permanently banned from future purchases
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
16. Errors & Inaccuracies
RIGHT TO CORRECT:
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and change or update information at any time without notice, including after you submit an order.
NO OBLIGATION:
We are not obligated to update, amend, or clarify information unless required by law.
PRICING ERRORS:
See Section 9 (Prices & Billing) for how we handle pricing errors.
17. Termination
TERMINATION BY US:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
- We discontinue the Services
- For any other reason at our discretion
TERMINATION BY YOU:
You may stop using the Services at any time. If you have an account, you may delete it by contacting us.
EFFECT OF TERMINATION:
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services immediately ceases
- We may delete your account and data
- You remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination
- Sections that should survive termination will continue to apply

18. Disclaimers & Warranties
AS-IS BASIS:

NO WARRANTIES:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING: - Implied warranties of merchantability - Fitness for a particular purpose - Non-infringement - Course of performance or trade usage - Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services
PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS:
We do not warrant that: - Products will meet your expectations or match images exactly - Products will be error-free or defect-free - Services will be uninterrupted or secure - Information on the Services is accurate or complete
CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
Because all products are made to order: - Minor variations are expected and do not constitute defects - Colors may vary from screen representations - Logo sizes and placement may vary slightly - We are not liable for dissatisfaction with custom color or style choices
EXCEPTIONS:
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
19. Limitation of Liability
MAXIMUM LIABILITY:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED: - The amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose, OR - $100 USD, whichever is greater
EXCLUDED DAMAGES:
IN NO EVENT SHALL PORTER18, OUR AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR SHOPIFY BE LIABLE FOR: - Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities - Personal injury or property damage - Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services - Damages resulting from third-party conduct or content
EVEN IF ADVISED:
This limitation applies even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.
BASIS OF THE BARGAIN:
These limitations are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and Porter18.
EXCEPTIONS:
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.
20. Indemnification
YOUR AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Porter18, Shopify, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit or transmit through the Services
• Fraudulent or illegal activity related to your account
DEFENSE:
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
