Ordering & Products
Because we make everything to order, your timeline has two parts:
Production: 7-14 business days (we manufacture your item)
Shipping: 3-7 business days (USPS/UPS/FedEx delivery)
Total time: Plan for 10-21 business days from order to delivery.
We know that's longer than clicking "buy" on Amazon, but the upside is you're getting a quality, custom product featuring your favorite course!
Absolutely! Once your item finishes production and ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your package all the way to your door.
We're expanding our collection regularly! If we don't have your favorite course yet, check back with us. We're always adding new courses based on customer interest.
Sizing & Fit
This is important: **we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues** because every item is custom-made for you.
Here's what we recommend:
- Consult the brand's sizing guidelines
- Email us at store@porter18.com BEFORE ordering if you're unsure
Golf apparel sizing can differ from other brands, so take an extra minute to get it right.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Because we make every item specifically for you with custom golf course branding, we can't accept returns or exchanges.
The only exceptions are:
- Manufacturing defects (torn fabric, misprinted logo, etc.)
- We shipped you the wrong item or wrong size
- Your item arrived damaged in shipping
If any of these happen, contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@porter18.com with photos, and we'll make it right.
Great question! It comes down to how we operate. We don't manufacture products until YOU order them. Once we start making your custom item with your chosen golf course logo, we can't stop the process or sell it to someone else.
Think of it like ordering a custom jersey with your name on the back—once it's made, it's yours! That's why we really encourage you to:
- Double-check your golf course selection
- Review size charts carefully
- Verify your shipping address
- Make sure you love the product before checkout
We'd rather you take an extra minute to be certain than regret your order later.

**Important:** If you file a chargeback with your credit card company without contacting us first, it violates our Terms of Service and may result in account termination. We promise we'll work with you fairly—just give us the opportunity.
Maybe! It depends on timing. Production usually begins within 24 hours of your order.
To request cancellation:
- Email store@porter18.com immediately with your order number
- If production hasn't started yet, we'll issue a full refund
- If production has already begun, we cannot cancel (the order is already being made)

Golf Course Logos & Licensing
Yes! All golf course logos and branding are used under license from the respective courses. You're getting authentic, authorized merchandise.
Will the logo look exactly like it does on the website?
We do our best to represent logos accurately, but keep in mind:
- Colors may vary slightly due to your screen settings and manufacturing
- Logo placement and sizing are standardized for apparel production
- Minor variations can occur between production runs
These are normal parts of the custom manufacturing process and don't constitute defects.
